Scope of Work: 

This new facility included a 5,000 square foot sales floor and showroom, a 3,400 square foot fully stocked parts department and warehouse, a 14,475 square foot shop to service their client’s maintenance needs, a 3,000 square foot wash bay, along with a 7,200 square foot two-story office area (3,600 sq. ft per floor). It included wiring of owner equipment, LED lighting and controls to meet building code, structured wiring, fire alarm, an 800A 347/600V three phase main distribution system, and site lighting/receptacles.
