We're committed to our our people, community and planet
Impact strives to be an industry leader in health, safety, social and environmental excellence. We invest significant resources in processes, people, and technology to continuously improve the way we carry out our business activities. We are committed to achieving safe, sustainable, and socially conscious business operations and this commitment is reflected in our awards, our partnerships, our certifications and our safety records.

Safety Matters
We believe that our most effective way to provide a safe and healthy working environment is by ensuring everyone genuinely cares about each other on the site, but is also through the establishment of effective H&S processes and procedures. We do this by implementing risk assessments, identifying potential hazards, and developing proactive programs that mitigate these risks throughout all phases of our operations. We combine proven safety policies with thorough training to ensure that everyone understands what's expected of them while they're on the job. Our safety record speaks for itself.

Making a Community Impact
At Impact, we believe in empowering our people to make a difference within our business and within the wider community by funding and volunteering for local initiatives as a business and encouraging our employees to do the same.
Our goal is to foster an environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and appreciated for their contributions to building a successful workplace, a strong local economy while improving the quality of life in West Central Saskatchewan.

Creating a Positive Environmental Impact
Impact has long been a proponent of balancing environmental stewardship with the bottom line, and we work closely with our clients to help them strike this balance. To accomplish this, we focus on the key areas of sustainability: regulatory compliance, waste control, energy efficiency, and renewable energies.
We’ve also been incorporating environmental best practices into our own business. From our solar panels to our energy-efficient facilities, Impact aims to lead by example through a combination of sustainability awareness and new technology adoption.
A Powerful Partnership
Impact’s mining and industrial division has proudly partnered with Birch Narrows Dene Nation to form a majority-owned Indigenous enterprise. Together we will deliver industry-leading practices for the mining industry while blazing the trail for environmental, social, and governance best practices. Above all, this partnership will create outstanding economic opportunities for Indigenous peoples today and for generations to come.
